十几年,很多人营营碌碌一事无成。都市丽人的老板郑耀南却从社会底层,变成了中国最富有的人之一,上演了一场精彩的屌丝逆袭记。

一、看门也要看得跟别人不一样

1995年,郑耀南20岁,那时正是改革春风吹满地的时候。郑耀南从福建古田老家带了500块钱,跑到深圳。只有中专毕业的他,在沃尔玛中国总部做起了保安,看门。他会留心记住每一个进出的人的名字和他们的情况,这种细心让他很快被调到了卖场。

在卖场,他用心观察学习消费者的购买心理和销售员推销商品的心理,还研究超市管理商品的方式。当他发现一瓶化妆品能卖300元时,他决定辞职创业,用2万多元开了一家化妆品店,一年后就扩展到了8家店铺。

日子似乎过得不错,但看到一个小摊文胸每小时能卖1000元的事迹又激励他创办了风内衣公司,即今日都市丽人的前身。这一切都源于他的不断钻研精神和学习态度。
