周杰伦：从侍应生到音乐梦想的实现
如果你曾在教育行业工作，你或许不太喜欢周杰伦，但你一定会知道他。因为你的学生们肯定都听过他的歌曲。这位平凡的背景、沉默寡言的歌手，用他的音乐征服了整个华语乐坛，成为了流行乐坛上的巨星。他的音乐风格多变，开创了流行音乐新领域，他在流行乐坛上引领“中国风”，甚至影响了一定的古典文学复兴。
“每个年轻人至少听过10首他的歌曲，对于中国内地来说，他应该是继邓丽君后普及率最高的歌手。”在一次颁奖典礼上，司仪如是说。
穿越那些耀眼光环，我们看到了一个职业发展卓越的人。周杰伦身上，有什么特别之处，又有什么可以运用到我们的职业发展中？
成绩平平的小他，却专注于自己的音乐天赋。
周杰伦1979年1月18日出生于台北，是一名生物老师和美术老师的儿子。他对音乐有着独特的情感敏感，从小就能随着节奏摇晃，有时候一边看电视，一边戴上墨镜学高凌风唱歌。当母亲看到他对音乐有天赋时，她毫不犹豫地拿出家里的所有积蓄，为他买了一架钢琴，这一年他才4岁。
虽然是教师之子，但周杰伦的学习成绩并不理想。小时候，他数学考试成绩经常只有40分左右，只能安慰自己说：“对音乐有天分的人，好像数学都不太好。”英语老师甚至认为他有学习障碍。在高中联考时，他只得到了100多分。当时淡江中学第一届音乐班招生，当时还只是抱着试试的心态参加了考试竟然考上了。
在高中能够学习更多关于音乐，这对于周杰伦而言是一段幸福无比的日子。他弹钢琴唱歌和打篮球都迷住了很多女孩子。不过当父母离异的时候，也没有让这个沉默的小男孩受到大的冲击。他回忆说：“12岁到16岁是我最开心的日子，音樂讓我的心靈得到安慰。”
Weeks later, a chance encounter with a man who would change his life forever. A chance to prove himself as a musician and show the world what he was capable of. And so, with a newfound determination and purpose, he set out on his journey to become the best musician he could be.
He started by practicing every day for hours on end. He learned how to play the piano, how to sing in tune, and how to write songs that people would love. He studied music theory, learned about different genres of music, and even took up painting.
But it wasn't easy. There were times when he felt like giving up. Times when he doubted himself and wondered if all of this was worth it.
But then something happened that changed everything.
A record label owner heard him perform at an open mic night and offered him a recording contract.
This was his big break!
And so began his journey as a professional musician.
