Money outside of the first skill is to do people's skills, especially to put one's own posture low. I found that all those who are good at business are skilled in putting their posture very low. In Chinese culture, this is called giving face to others, which means you have to respect others. Anyone who starts a business for the first time will find that their posture is very important - it's humble, modest, and humble.
Two, values
The second money-outside ability is values. Values are our simple standard for judging good or evil. You make this decision instead of that decision because of your values. MBA often talks about differential competition; almost all differential strategies can be imitated. The only thing that cannot be imitated is values - this is why some people succeed and some people fail.
What we call values are what we use as a yardstick when we establish gold relationships with our partners, colleagues, friends in making decisions and judgments - these will guide us towards different directions.
For example, let's look at Jack Ma: don't look at Jack Ma's success story but should see how he judges right from wrong on micro-level decisions when founding Alibaba Group Holdings Ltd., such as only taking 5% shares during its IPOs - this shows his value system.
Three, perseverance and patience
The third money-outside ability is perseverance and patience Why persistence matters? Because if you don't have an ideal goal set out before yourself then you won't have the strength to persevere through challenges All individuals doing something new will judge based on process rather than outcome A task's nature depends on two factors: firstly time (time difference gives completely different evaluations) Secondly who they're with Doing businesses too follows suit If after three years I am gone then everyone might just view me casually When I've been here thirty years they start showing some respect And when three hundred years later my company still stands they'll bow down in reverence So time can test your value system & personality stance Four Correctly Judging Future When companies develop well enough They actually face even more challenges Money outside of abilities Is whether or not you correctly perceive future trends & society trends Whether or not these perceptions match reality determines success Not just financial wealth alone But also social status influence How much impact does wealth really bring? It brings a lot! That’s why so many rich men run for political office And it explains why politicians often make promises about economic growth As long as there’s growth We’re happy Let them take care of details Details aren’t important To me At least! What matters most isn’t how much money someone has But how well someone handles it How well someone manages risk Well managed risks lead to better outcomes Better outcomes lead back into better risk management An endless cycle Of self improvement
