段奕宏：玩出成功的中国十大天才少年
演艺圈里，要论精通玩的，段奕宏算一个。羽毛球、魔术、射击、散打、围棋、攀岩、滑翔等，他都玩得精。鲜为人知的是，现今酷劲十足的段奕宏，当年却啥也不会玩，只能眼巴巴看着别人玩。回首往事，他说自己的成功是玩出来的，是和高手玩、和内行玩的过程，也是魅力扩散的过程。
遇到贵人
段奕宏很会读书，成绩一直是最好的。1998年，他以全优的成绩大学毕业，进入国家话剧院。这位高才生登台机会不多，大多时候他在后台做剧务，负责拉幕布，端茶送水，有时登台，也只是有几句台词的小角色。
正当他感到绝望时，一场意外发生了。当年的总教练李永波经常来看话剧，不久就注意到了这个生面孔。在几场观察过他的表演后，这位热心教练找上了他：“你在舞台上怎么都是绷着的？完全不放松。你是中戏的一名高才生，却没有一点专业水准？”一番话让段奕宏把这些年憋在心里的困惑全吐了出来。他问李永波自己该如何才能真正放松并融入舞台？

找到问题所在后，李永波拟定了一套“以球入戏”的培训计划。在训练中，不仅动作全部到位，还流畅自然。他带着这种感觉上舞台，再次登陆舞台，就跟以前判若两人。
接下来，在电影《张玉贵》里争取到机会，这次他没让导演失望，每一次枪战镜头都表现得干净利落，被评为新德里国际电影节最佳男主角。此刻，这个新晋影帝才大彻大悟：先会玩，然后才能真正地演!
Play to Perfection
Segmenting his time between Beijing's 798 Art District and various artistic pursuits, Segmenting has become a man of many talents. He learned charcoal drawing for half a month, worked as an apprentice in an underground band, and even mastered the art of framing at a local picture frame shop. As his fame grew, so did his desire to explore new hobbies.
He took up magic after being introduced by a friend and became an apprentice with the Tianjin National Magic Troupe. Though magic requires quick reflexes and stealthy moves to deceive the audience's gaze, Segmenting found it challenging yet rewarding.
With each new hobby he picked up, Segmenting honed his skills further. He bought a mountain bike and began downhill racing after discovering rock climbing. The thrill of speed combined with the adrenaline rush from potential falls made this activity another favorite pastime for him.
As he starred in "My Team Leader My Team," signed by Huayi Brothers Entertainment Group, Segmenting continued to prioritize play over work. After completing "Wind Noise," he took an extended break to try paragliding – now mastering it like never before.
